The Middleborough Council on Aging (COA) is a town funded department which also receives private, State and Federal funds.

COA activities and services are provided through the Leonard E. Simmons Multi-Service Center.  The COA offers a variety of health, recreational, and supportive services to seniors and other citizens (of all ages) of Middleborough and surrounding towns.  It is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M.., and on Saturday and Sunday by special arrangement for private functions.
